This product is an epoxy film that complements the properties of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic), providing high vibration damping and flexibility.
■ Excellent vibration damping and shock absorption performance
By laminating this film with regular carbon materials, it is possible to improve flexibility by 1.6 times and vibration damping by 5 times. When incorporated into sports equipment (such as shafts), it significantly reduces unwanted vibrations while maintaining flexibility. It contributes to enhancing the added value of products by creating a clear and soft feel during impact and operation. High shock absorption that is difficult to penetrate has also been confirmed in DuPont impact tests.
■ Strong adhesion and heat resistance
The adhesion to prepreg is extremely good, making it suitable for integrated molding. Additionally, due to its cross-linked structure, it does not melt even at high temperatures of 260 degrees, demonstrating stable performance under severe molding conditions and usage environments.
